Dawn has spent 35 years working in the financial services profession, predominately working in pensions and life insurance.
Professional
I undertake assessments and processing of pension contributions for Auto Enrolment into a workplace pension for our corporate clients.
I have a very good relationship with the HR and payroll departments of our corporate clients, corresponding with them on a day-to-day basis.
Personal
I have two sons; one is grown-up and married with two sons of his own. The other is at school, so I spend a lot of time with my sons and grandsons. I enjoy being outside, either with or without the children and quite often pack a bag for a weekend away somewhere. I’m a member of a walking group and enjoy a good morning walk followed by lunch with friends. I’m also a member of our local Ceroc dance class.

The objective of this unit is to develop an understanding of life and pensions issues, together with detailed guidance on the administration of these classes of business.
HDA are constantly reviewing their processes in order to offer the best service and keep clients aware of what they are doing.
