This Service Level provides administrative support only. We will assist with the ongoing administration of any plans for which we are appointed as your agent. We will accept and process your instructions but will provide no investment management and no ongoing advice. If you require advice at any time you will be charged at our published hourly rates. You will benefit from any special terms and discounts available to us.
Dedicated Adviser and support team - Direct contact with named individuals. No telephone menus. No call centres.
Telephone, e‐mail and face‐to‐face support.
Administration - Account opening and closure. Processing of all trades. Regular or ad hoc payments of income and/or capital. All routine correspondence.
Ongoing financial advice - Available only at additional cost. Fund Management Available only at additional cost.
Our annual charge for this level of service is 0.30% of the value of investments linked to our agency.
